Over the weekend Sophia began eating without any problems. Each day the doctors set a goal of how much she needed to eat. She had to eat 40-50 cc every three hours for the last three days. As of yesterday's 3 am feeding she was taking as much as 110cc at a time! Our little piglet will be fattened up in no time. She has not gained any weight, but she hasn't lost any more then the 10% all new babies loose the first few days of life.
The next week Mike and I will be home working on fattening our little girl up so that everyone can come and see her. As of now, per doctors orders, no visitors. She needs to gain enough weight that if she gets an infection and looses weight she won't drop under birth weight.

Mike and I want to thank everyone for their understanding. I will be putting tons more pictures on this site for everyone to see her! We can't wait to share her with all of you! She is a great cuddler and we want everyone to get "cuddle time."
